About
I am an italian-born, fine-art landscape photographer based in England, where I have been living since 2017. My work explores the quiet geometry of nature through a minimalist lens, inspired by the tension between stillness and change, solitude and belonging.
I am passsionately drawn to landscapes reduced to their essential form - geometry, tone, and light - aiming for silence to feel almost visible. Ultimately, I try to remove what distracts: be it saturated skies, excessive contrast, and crowded compositions, focussing instead on balance, subtleness, and timelessness.
My background in biology contributed in shaping how I look at the world, through patterns, structure, and clarity. I’m drawn to the underlying order within complexity, to how simplicity can reveal depth. In my images, I’m not searching for grandeur or spectacle, but for peace. I long for quiet moments where the the transient feels complete and timeless, and the world seems at rest.
My work has been recognized internationally, including a Silver Award at the Prix de la Photographie Paris (PX3), and honors from the International Photography Awards (IPA), Fine Art Photography Awards, and Moscow International Foto Awards. It has been published in Photographer’s Forum and Photoreflex Pratique Magazine, and featured in annual books and exhibitions (including London Photo Show 2020).
