Standing Still

There is something about solitary trees that always attracted me. Like a sense of peaceful solitude, a quiet balance between endurance and belonging. Each tree or small group of trees stand alone, but not lonely. They are perfectly integrated within their landscape.

To me, they speak of solitude not as absence or lonelinesss, but as peace and resilience.
